These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at www.steerx.ae (the “Website”), operated by STEERX INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS TRADING L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in DUBAI Emirate, under Commercial License No. 2535542.01 of Meydan Freezone FZ Authority (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions or other Content on this Website are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. All weights, dimensions, and other specifications are approximate.

3.2. Pricing: All prices displayed on the Website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), customs duties, shipping charges, and installation costs unless explicitly stated otherwise. Applicable VAT will be added at checkout or on the final invoice in accordance with UAE tax laws.

3.3. Availability: Product availability is subject to change without notice. We will inform you as soon as possible if the Products you have ordered are not available.

3.4. Order Acceptance: All orders placed through the Website are subject to our acceptance. An order confirmation email does not signify our acceptance of your order; it constitutes an acknowledgment that we have received your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

3.5. Quotations: For complex industrial equipment or bulk orders, we may provide a formal quotation. Such quotations are valid for the period specified therein and are subject to these Terms.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Website, which may include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other approved payment gateways.

4.2. For credit/debit card transactions, you must be the authorized holder of the card. All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

4.3. Payment for Products and Services is due as per the terms agreed upon in the invoice or at the time of order placement.

4.4. In case of late payments, the Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the maximum rate permitted by UAE law, from the due date until the date of actual payment.

5. Delivery and Shipping

5.1. Delivery Locations: We offer delivery within the UAE and potentially to other GCC countries, subject to specific arrangements and additional charges. Please contact us for international shipping inquiries.

5.2. Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

5.3. Delivery Charges: Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout or specified in your quotation/invoice.

5.4. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for Products purchased from the Company passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We recommend inspecting all deliveries for damage before signing for acceptance. Any claims for transit damage must be made promptly to the carrier and notified to us within 24 hours of receipt.

5.5. Installation: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, installation of industrial equipment is not included in the purchase price. Separate quotations for installation services can be provided.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

6.1. Returns Policy: Returns are generally not accepted for industrial equipment or custom-ordered products unless there is a manufacturing defect or significant deviation from the agreed specifications. For other standard products, returns may be accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. A restocking fee may apply.

6.2. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, where possible.

6.3. Warranty: All Products are covered by 12 months as per the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. The Company will assist you in making warranty claims to the manufacturer, but we are not the warrantor ourselves. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, or damage caused by improper installation or operation.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All Content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of STEERX INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS TRADING L.L.C-FZ or its content suppliers and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws.

7.2. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or otherwise exploit for any commercial purpose any portion of this Website without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. 8.3. Specific to Industrial Equipment: You acknowledge that the installation, operation, and maintenance of industrial equipment require specialized knowledge and adherence to safety protocols. The Company is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the improper use, installation, maintenance, or modification of the Products by the Customer or third parties. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all relevant UAE safety standards and regulations (e.g., OSHAD, Dubai Municipality, Sharjah Municipality) when operating the equipment.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless STEERX INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS TRADING L.L.C-FZ, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Website using your Internet account.

The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labour, or materials, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.
